Have You Met? Events was recently featured on FOX 13’s The Place, where founder Molly Bitton shared the story and philosophy behind creating more natural ways for adults to meet, connect and build community in real life.
At Have You Met? Events, connection starts with giving people a reason to be in the same room, on the same trail or trying something new together.
Rather than focusing on traditional dating or matchmaking, Have You Met? Events creates shared experiences where friendships, community and romantic connections have room to develop naturally. FOX 13 highlighted that distinction, along with Molly’s belief that everyone needs people they can turn to, spend time with and simply do life with.
Creating More Ways to Meet in Real Life
Have You Met? Events hosts singles events and social experiences throughout Utah, bringing people together through activities designed to take some of the pressure out of meeting someone new.
From hiking, pickleball and volleyball to comedy nights, games, golf and other group experiences, the activity gives people something to do while the connection happens along the way.
Sometimes someone meets a potential partner. Sometimes they find a new running buddy, hiking friend or group of people who become part of their community.
Both count.
That idea of finding your people was at the heart of the FOX 13 conversation. As Molly shared during the feature, people need a tribe for both the difficult days and the ordinary good ones.
From Utah Singles Events to Have We Met? Live
The FOX 13 feature also highlighted the next chapter: Have We Met? Live, coming to Las Vegas March 30–April 1, 2027.
The national singles experience will bring adults together for three days of connection, learning, entertainment, activities and opportunities to meet people from across the country. FOX 13 also highlighted the upcoming ticket launch and early registration opportunities for the event.
Have We Met? Live takes the same philosophy behind our Utah singles events and builds it on a much larger scale: create the experience, make it easier to start the conversation, and give people enough time and opportunity to discover who they connect with.
Because sometimes meeting the right people starts with simply going somewhere worth showing up for.
