At Have We Met? Live, we’re all about creating unforgettable moments, not unnecessary stress. We know plans shift, schedules change, and sometimes… you meet someone amazing way sooner than expected. So our refund policy is designed to be simple, fair, and supportive while still keeping the event magical for everyone.

100% Refund

Available for cancellations made 60+ days before the event check-in date.
(A small administrative fee applies – paperwork isn’t sexy, but it exists.)

50% Refund

Available for cancellations made 15–59 days before check-in.
(Administrative fee still applies.)

No Refunds

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event check-in date are non-refundable.

YES – transfers are absolutely available!
If you can’t make it, pass the magic on to someone else.

• Tickets may be transferred to another participant up to 10 days prior to check-in.
• All transfers must be submitted through the registration platform.
• Our team must be notified to finalize and approve the transfer.
• Transfers are subject to confirmation by the event team. 

A Little Note From Us

We know registering early can feel like a leap – especially if you’re manifesting someone fabulous before the big event. If you do meet a cutie and want to skip the event (honestly… good for you), you can still receive a full or partial refund up to 15 days before, and you can transfer your ticket to a friend up to 10 days before.

So go ahead and grab your spot now. If fate decides to get flirty, we’ll cheer you on and help you sort things out.

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of approval.
• No credits, rollovers, or partial refunds will be issued after the event begins.
• If – in the highly unlikely event – the organizer cancels the event, all tickets will be fully refunded.
